Because many of our items are thoughtfully prepared, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges, once an order has been shipped. That said, we’re always here to help answer any questions before you purchase—please feel free to reach out anytime so you can shop with confidence.
If something isn’t right:
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with what you received, do not remove the item from its secured packaging. Please send us a message within 24 hours of delivery and include a few clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll take a look and work with you toward a fair solution.
We take great care in packaging each order securely. While shipping is handled by the carrier and can occasionally have delays or issues outside of our control, we’re happy to assist you in navigating next steps if needed.
