Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged from transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not remove the item or items from the packaging. Take a clear presentable photo of the purchased item in its packaged shipping box so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a fair outcome.
